REDDOT BREWHOUSE A beers hub in Singapore established since 2007 an independent craft brewery by Mr. Ernest Ng is currently one of the main specialty bottlings works in Lion City, Singapore, creating top-quality brews in Singapore unfiltered and unpasteurized premium specialty lagers. The brand name RedDot follows my first experience with lager fermenting in South Africa. RedDot BrewHouse at Dempsey is an enthusiasm that took just about 10 years to emerge. Lodging a bottling works in a verifiable structure that was wealthy in military history and set in rich serenity was basically compelling. An old run-down sleeping quarter was reestablished to what you see today with a portion of the first blocks that were 100 odd years old. More than two years after the fact in 2010, we found another lovely chronicled working at Boat Quay, south bank of the Singapore River mouth, a waterway that was the wellspring of entrepot exchange and life in early Singapore. The second RedDot BrewHouse now offers our mark lagers from a column of old Chinese shop houses which is wealthy in the business history of our initial Chinese pilgrims.
