Job Description We are looking for independent and self-motivated individual to join us as HR Executive. The HR Executive will manage all aspects of employee engagement and interaction with the organization including recruitment and selection; training and development; performance management; payroll and benefits; disciplinary procedures Main Activities: • Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management, disciplinary action • Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter etc. • Responsible for personnel movements, regularly prepare HR reports • Monitor and regularly filing of employee’s personnel files • Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files • Work passes and quota administration • Any other HR administrative assigned by Director(s) Qualification: • Min Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience • Proficient in Excel functions and payroll functions • Preferably with knowledge in Oil & Gas or Process industry • Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
