About Parkway Dental Practice Parkway Dental Practice was founded with the idea of highly specialized, patient-centric and affordable dental care in mind. We are one of the few dental practices in Singapore that has a diverse team of dental specialists across various disciplines – orthodontics, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, just to name a few. We are looking for trainee who are able to start immediately to support the growth of our company. Responsibilities And Duties • Assisting with marketing campaign planning and support. • Creating and designing digital media assets across various online channels – Facebook and Instagram • Assisting in brand communication and client outreach. • Work on partnerships and marketing campaigns with the team to achieve company KPIs • To increase customer satisfaction and retention. • Assisting with customer relations • A flair for words, good copywriting and storytelling • Be patient, empathetic, and customer-obsessed. • High attention to detail and meticulous in your work. • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly. Familiar with Google Drive and Excel. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and editing programs are a plus • Full-time trainee with an available time of at least 3-6 months are preferred.
