Job Description Key Responsibilities Main responsibility in handling the Accounts Receivable function for Residential and Medical Retail leases Ensure accurate billings, prompt update of receipts and maintenance of deposits/ rental and credit reports Maintain professional liaisons with tenants and support leasing team on credit management Maintain full set of accounts for a small subsidiary investment company, including payments and GL closing Key Requirements Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience A warm personality, tactful and willing to take the initiative Proven problem solver and able to manage a high volume of transactions Strong intellect and sound judgment Meticulous and ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
